The Sunshine Park Mall, located at 2400 S. Ridgewood Avenue has been the central shopping location for residents for many years. Purchased in 2004 by Clark Properties, the Sunshine Park Mall and Plaza has been remodeled as part of a multi-million dollar project to beautify the plaza and restore its original quality. We currently have 44 tenants who call Sunshine Park home, ranging from supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants, business offices, academies, and other various businesses and stores. The inside of the mall is air conditioned and an ideal place for mall walkers on a hot or rainy day, providing extra traffic to our businesses.
